The Martinez Hotel, a member of the prestigious “The Unbound Collection by Hyatt” collection, is constantly reinventing itself for the pleasure of its customers, particularly since the arrival last year of Jean Imbert to supervise the various restaurants. Passionate about gastronomy since a young age, this modest and charismatic chef has established himself in the world of gastronomy with talent and creativity. In the brunch he imagined at the Sud restaurant, one of the must-see places in the Cannes palace, he expresses his vision of his culinary art which combines diverse influences and childhood memories in a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.

 In the end, Alexandre Élia, his executive chef, assisted by Matthieu Molero, set up with the complicity of a crack team Etienne, Adel, Thomas, Jean-Alain, Fabrice and Yves, richly equipped buffets which are an invitation to gustatory pleasure.

Fresh, crusty breads, seafood galore such as extra-fine cold meats, the range of sushi, multi-colored salads, delicate plates full of freshness, the collection of aged cheeses and many other tasty dishes. The precise and attentive service, managed by Nicolas Chennevière, will guide you in the choice between 4 hot dishes of the day, which highlight the products of the farm, the sea, the land or vegetable garden. This Sunday : fried eggs"Martinez", piperade and chard spinach, prawn ravioli with coconut emulsion and kumbawa, roast sea bass with herbs, sweetbreads mushroom otto with vin jaune, and candied oxtail, shallots with truffle juice.



And to complete this Sunday feast, the exquisite desserts, cakes, and fruits delicately presented just beg to be tasted, like the delicious crepes prepared to order at the master crepe maker's kiosk. So, there's nothing like a Sunday brunch at Martinez by Jean Imbert, with a friendly atmosphere and live piano to escape into the glamorous world of the Riviera of yesteryear.
